Take a deep breath, here’s the plan:

  • get up between 9 and 10 (before 11 at least)
  • HAVE BREAKFAST
  • shower (a proper shower – not just washing your hair over the bath because you hate yourself too much to care) and dress in NICE clothes
  • go into town and take back death kitty hoodie to Blue Banana because although it is really cool and has purple neko ears it doesn’t quite fit right and it looks stupid to have a kittys head disproportionately stretched across your boobs
  • get some phone credit
  • walk up to the Hoe and if it’s quite enough spin poi (possibly do this even if it isn’t quiet because you should try to stop hitting yourself in the face before you set them on fire)
  • come home, put washing in machine and read in advance for ‘worrying child’ week – anorexia, depression and antidepressives would be a good start
  • put washing out to dry
  • call mum and get her to come down next weekend [DO THIS! DO THIS! DO THIS! DO THIS!]
  • make and eat dinner – popcorn quorn and vegetables (may need to buy some more at Sainsbury’s/market if yours are trying to crawl out of the cupboard)
  • do some more reading – bulimia perhaps and self harm and suicide
  • go on msn to check emails and see if Malso, Jennifer, Louise or Becky are online
  • get ready for bed at 10 at the latest (including packing your rucksack for Monday)
  • set your alarm for 7.45am to go to the 9am lecture
  • DO NOT FORGET THAT YOU CAN DO THIS
